Internet & Snail-Mail Friends
I have never met the people on this page in person, but I feel as close to them as I do any of my friends. We have shared confidences through the years, and have mailed letters and gifts back & forth, etc.  If I never have a chance to meet them in this life, it matters not, because friendship is in the heart, soul & mind.   They are all very special people, to me.
Chris Blake, in Pagham, Bognor - England, GOOD FRIEND and faithful correspondent!  He has a very wry "English" wit, and knowledge that covers many subjects.  But mostly, a good friend who is always there for me.
My Pal Valerie Sherbakov from Tula, Russia, during one of his trips abroad for translation services.  Val knows several languages, and has many interesting tales to tell.  He has also been very generous in sending photos & souvenirs from Russia.
This is Antonio Paulo Amaral.  He works as a flight attendant for an airline.  Paulo is a very busy man, so his mails are infrequent, but always welcome.
Pete WULLIE Ross, from Irvine, Scotland, though now lives in Glasgow - my very first email pal, and "Soul Bro'"!  Wullie is very funny, very smart - and cheered me up more times than I can remember.
Neil Lockier - I call him: "Nelso" -from Scotland (he has had 4 or 5 residence addresses since first corresponding with me - the price of success)! Nelso sends me funny forwards on a regular basis.
Ronnie Murphy - Pure Glaswegian, Pure Heart.  I introduced Ronnie to Pete years ago, and they are still friends.  Ronnie works for Royal Mail, and has sent me some Royal Mail souvenirs through the years.  He lives with his son George, and  his beautiful lady, Lindsey.
Here is my friend Ute  Lange and her husband Didier, who live in Germany.  Ute has many talents and a warm, generous heart.  We exchange snail -mails and gifts, as well as e-mails.
John Power, from Glasgow, Scotland.  He knows almost everything there is to know about organs, shortwave radio, and dozens of other subjects.  He has a WONDERFUL reading voice (he sent me a tape of himself reading a story).  As we say in our family, he is "Good People".
This is Aline Naomi Sassaki, from Brazil; we exchanged snail mails for a long time, now emails.  Aline is a translator these days, having also been a teacher.  She has many interests, and writes well.
